Each project you’re invited to will include a specific delivery deadline, clearly displayed before you accept the work. This deadline is calculated based on:

Once you accept the project, the clock starts ticking. You are expected to deliver your file within the provided timeframe. Missing the deadline will result in an expiration, which negatively impacts your Stats and may reduce future invitations from the platform.

If something comes up and you won’t be able to deliver on time, don’t let the deadline pass silently. Instead, use the Request Help button on the project page to let our team know.
In some cases, we can:

Extend the deadline if there's a valid reason

Offer guidance or support to help you complete the work

Avoid penalizing your Stats if the delay is justified (e.g., time zone conflict, technical issues)
