• The CX team is in charge of everything and anything related to ongoing projects!
They are responsible for negotiations of deadlines, managing projects, and overall, they solve any issues you may have with ongoing projects. They can also contact the clients directly to bring you clarifications about the project if you need them.
• The Pro Management team helps you manage your Profile and Account Settings!
If you have any questions about your Stats, Rates, Skills, languages, samples, and Quality Control feedback, this is the team that helps you directly via email.
Our agents will also be the ones that help you solve any technical difficulties you are having with the platform regarding your account.

Our CX team is here to ensure you, the Pro, are able to complete projects without any issues, and they are responsible for any negotiations with you regarding rewards on projects.

The "Request Help" Button!
Alternatively, you can always click on "Request Help" in the project form if you're stuck with anything! Request what you need and our agents will support you right away.
The Request Help tool, formerly known as "raising a flag," serves as a direct channel for Pros to seek assistance or clarification during their projects!
This tool was created with optimization in mind, as our agents will see the flag raised in the system if you need any help! This is tailored to be faster than emails, so we can streamline your efficiency as a Pro, and you can get back to work as soon as the issue is resolved!
Where can I find it?
- Access the Project you need help with.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and you should find a Request Help button!

If you cannot find it on your current page, try accessing your Dashboard.
Contacting Our Pro Management Team
Our Pro Management agents will help you with anything pertaining to your profile and account, your Rates and Preferences, Samples, Skills and Languages, Stats, Quality Control, and Payout methods such as Wire Transfer, Wise, Revolut, and Payoneer!
Support for Pros is offered via Email and via the Community posts you create!
