• Our CX team is here to ensure you, the Pro, are able to complete projects without any issues.
They are responsible for negotiations of deadlines, managing projects, and overall, they solve any issues you may have with ongoing projects. They can also contact the clients directly to bring you clarifications about the project if you need them.
• The Pro Management team helps you manage your Profile and your Account Settings.
If you have any questions about your stats, rates, skills, languages, samples, and Quality Control feedback, this is the team that helps you directly via email.
Our agents will also be the ones that help you solve any technical difficulties you are having with the platform regarding your account.
Contacting Our CX - Customer Experience Team
Our CX team is here to ensure you, the Pro, are able to complete projects without any issues, and they are responsible for any negotiations with you regarding rewards on projects.

- Look for this icon on the lower right corner of your screen:
If you cannot find it on your current page, access your Dashboard.
- Once you click on the icon, select the options that apply to your need, as below:
Tip: If you can only find the "chat" button on the widget, you are still able to send an email request. Submit the request, open your email, and you will find the request in your inbox. You are able to write your question to CX or Pro Management by replying to that email!
- Write your question or request, and we'll assist you via email as soon as possible!

Alternatively, you can always click on "Request Help" in the project form if you're stuck with anything! Request what you need and our agents will support you right away.
Contacting Our Pro Management Team
Our Pro Management agents will help you with anything pertaining to your profile and account, your Rates and Preferences, Samples, Skills and Languages, Stats, Quality Control, and Payout methods such as Wire Transfer, Wise, Revolut, and Payoneer!
