At Bunny Studio we offer a Full Buyout in all of our deliverables. This means you can use the deliverable in any way you want (internet, radio, TV, etc.) for as long as you need, and you will not have to pay any royalties later on. When you purchase, approve, and download the rights of use of our deliverables, it is yours to use.
Important: AI and voice cloning are not included
Your full buyout covers the deliverable itself, not the Pro's voice or likeness. Under our Creator Agreement (section 4.2), owning a deliverable does not give anyone, including you, the right to clone the Pro's voice, create a synthetic version of it, or use the recordings to train AI, unless the Pro has given prior written consent.

When you approve a deliverable, you will be asked if you approve the Pro to use it as part of their samples. It is your decision on whether you won't allow the deliverable to be available on the Bunny Studio site and found on our Search. However, this does not mean that anybody has any rights to that deliverable, other than you, the client.
