Every deliverable is reviewed by our Quality Control (QC) team before it reaches you. If something doesn't meet our standards, QC asks the Pro for a revision first, so you only receive work that's ready to use.
What does QC check?
- Project requirements: the deliverable matches what you asked for, like the language, accent, gender and age.
- Your instructions: the Pro followed your script and directions, including pronunciation, tone and pace.
- Technical quality: clean audio with no background noise, echo, clipping or other issues, delivered in the right format.
- Performance: a natural, professional delivery that doesn't sound robotic or AI-generated.
