    I'll be able to give you some context regarding these topics here. =)

    Regarding your best samples:
    In your case, I believe a useful tool would be checking in your Samples page.
    You'll be able to see how many times each sample was favorited by a client! =)

    I can see that all of your samples have been favorited equally, so for now, you can try to upload some more samples and highlight them on your profile - this way clients will also be able to see brand new samples, which may have potential to be favorited as well!

     

    About Profile visits:

    Contact between clients and Pros in our platform are always mediated by an agent, and so, we have decided to not include such views and information. Clients can book specific Pros, however any contact aside of this should be done via our agents, and not outside of BunnyStudio.

     

    Projects that have a script in a different language than requested:

    If you come across any situations like these, please let one of our CX Agents know right away - either via Live Chat, or, by utilizing the Flag functionality in a project.

    We do not expect any VOs to translate scripts on their own - this should be provided translated/localized by the client, or they can request a translation via our services, as well!

    About Paypal:

    While we are very sad to give this news, we will no longer be working with PayPal as a means fo payment.
    Unfortunately, we have exhausted our tried with the PayPal team to solve the integration issue, and we have also not been able to solve other issues with PayPal that required support.

    For this matter, we have decided to not include PayPal as a payment option any longer, and instead, we are currently offering payments via:

    Payoneer, Wire transfer (bank), Wise and Revolut.

    As for your other suggestions, we'll being this to our team so they will assess if it's a possibility in the future!
