Status... reviewable?
Hi!
I was so excited to get my first booking last week!
Over a week has passed, and in my account the status now reads 'reviewable'. I'm wondering if there might be any feedback on the read? Or an option to try again? Will it affect my stats? Will I get paid?

I've checked your account and our client has rejected the deliverable.

Will it affect my stats?
All rejection affect your stats. Therefore, let me first explain something about it. What happens if many of my deliverables get rejected?
When it comes to rejections, there are two scenarios:
1. Our client rejects your final deliverable. Then, if you think it is unfair, you have the possibility of sharing the project link with us at support@bunnyinc.com so we can assess whether we can ignore it so it does not affect your stats.
2. Our QC team rejects your deliverable. Then, if you disagree with the reasons behind that rejection, you can create a post in our Community so our team can evaluate it and you receive a reply to your disagreement.
As we understand that sometimes the rejection has nothing to do with the quality of your work, please send us an email to support@bunnyinc.com with the project link for reassessment.
For future cases, let me invite you to send us an email directly to support@bunnyinc.com in case you notice that the response in our Community is taking more than 72 business hours.
