Can all invitees see Speedy's at the same time?
I'm hoping someone may be able to clarify. I can be sitting in front of my computer with my email open and watch the invitation hit my inbox. However, when I open the email IMMEDIATELY after receiving it, the project has already been completed and is waiting on approval from the client. It appears as though other invitees are seeing the project before others. Am I missing something or is the way it's designed? TIA

Thanks for the quick response. In looking at the breakdown you provided of how the Speedies work, it looks as though item #3 is most relevant to my question. So to clarify, ALL pros are emailed at the exact same time, correct? Because at 10:32 AM CST this morning, I received an invite and at 10:32 AM CST I opened the invite and the project had already been accepted and I was able to listen to the audition of the voice actor that accepted the job. So it looks like in the span of less than 60 seconds, someone was able to accept the speedy and record/upload the audio. All in less than one minute. And I completely understand not being able to accept the speedy if someone else has already accepted it. Admittedly, I'm new to VoiceBunny and this may very well be possible but you'll understand why that seems unlikely.

With that on mind, let us try to explain it a bit better now.
The invitations are sent in batches taking into account stats and rates.
That's why we are very emphatic about having great stats, the system will reward by inviting you earlier than other Pros.
Also, the system will take rates and rewards into account, if it places your rates as average with the other Pros, it will be fine, but if for some reason, your rates appear to be higher than the average, that will decrease your chances to be invited earlier.

Also know that, in general, I have found that the speedies can appear on your open dashboard before you receive any emails.
And as you note, by the time an email is sent, someone else is already working on it.
