Rejection for which I am not responsible

I'm contacting you regarding a client's latest rejection.

It turns out that, for the client, this was not what he expected.
I agree to listen to a client and, if necessary, to try again with much more detailed instructions.
But here, I didn't make any mistakes, in the sense that compared to his description, what I proposed corresponds, even if it's "not what he had in mind".
I therefore find it very unfair that this refusal has such an impact on my statistics, especially when the client purely and simply rejects the first proposal, without asking for a second. I'm always listening!
Can you do something about my stats?

From what I was able to follow from the file, the client resubmitted the same request. With one more contest.
ALL proposals were once again rejected. This reinforces my belief that this client didn't really know what he wanted and, in fact, quite unfairly condemns the professionals trying to help him.
