A Pro's Profile is more than just a page.
It's your personalized space where clients can explore everything that makes you stand out, and a place where you can advertise your talents!
From your Samples and Skillset to your Ratings and Reviews, every detail helps highlight your strengths and attract more Bookings!
In this guide, we’ll break down each section of your Profile so you can make the most out of every opportunity and keep it looking its best!
Before we start, it's important to know that, in order to have a Profile, you must:
🌟 Be Approved as a Pro
For this, you’ll need to participate in our Talent Application. This is currently closed in the platform, but we periodically reach out for new talents - so stay tuned!
📌 Enable Bookings in your account
You can do this here: Rates and Preferences!
🎧 Have at least 5 approved Samples
You can upload these directly here: My Samples.
Why is this needed? Simply put, it wouldn't make much sense for clients to visit your Profile without a selection of Samples to display before they create a Booking with you, right?
Make sure you have some great Samples to show off your skills as soon as you can!
If one of these key points is missing from your account, your profile will not be publicly accessible.
Now, let's go over each section of a Pro's profile, following the order of appearance as you scroll down:
Your Profile header
Did you know our mascot at Bunny Studio is called Stu? 🐇🥕
This is the first thing a visitor will see when accessing your Pro Profile. It is composed of a few key elements that are particular to your account and skills as a Pro.
For example, you can customize your name and your icon, as well as your profile description.
Your Profile Picture
A great Profile picture is more important than it may seem: our clients have repeatedly shared that they prefer working with Pros whose profiles reflect personality and authenticity.
In contrast, many AI voice services rely on generic or impersonal images for their personas, which can feel distant and unrelatable.
A well-chosen picture helps showcase the human behind the voice, building trust and making you stand out!
Read more about customizing those sections here: How can I update my profile details?
Within your header, you'll also be able to see your Project count and your current Ratings, as well as how many clients have favorited you.
The number of projects and your current rating (stars) are calculated from projects you have completed within the last 365 days.
Your Bio
If you are still in the early stages of setting up your profile, this is a great place to start!
By creating a Bio, our clients and other Pros will be able to know a bit more about your background as a creative professional, and some previous work you've done. You can also include some details about your personal life, if you'd like - it's all about creating connections!
To edit your Bio, follow the steps mentioned here: How can I update my profile details?
Skills: Ages, Languages and Genders
One of the most important pieces of information a client will want to look at, is what services and skills you are able to offer!
At Bunny Studio, you can be approved to provide as many languages, ages and gendered voices as you possibly can - but, in your Profile, only two will be shown at a time.
Keep in mind that a skill will only be displayed if you have at least one approved sample that reflects that skill.
Custom Samples and Live Sessions
These are two great ways to increase your visibility and connect directly with clients!
Custom Samples let you showcase your voice on a short script, while Live Sessions allow real-time collaboration for more dynamic, directed recordings.
Both features can help you land more projects and build strong client relationships.
You can activate them on your Pro Profile by checking our articles below:

Your Badges
On a Pro's profile, you may notice some of them contain badges for Golden or Silver Bunny Pro, the Quick responder badge, as well as a fidelity badge that displays how long they've been in our platform.
Don't have any badges, yet? Fret not. You, too, can earn some badges along the way!
To understand how Badges are earned and how they work, read our article: What are badges, and how can I earn them?
Your estimated Pricing and Turnaround Time
To the right of your header, there is a widget which allows clients - or even other Pros - to have an idea of how much it would cost to create a Booking with you. The final price may vary, of course, depending on what else is included in the project.
Your estimated price is calculated by taking into consideration Your Rates + our Markup, which includes costs for Quality Control, website maintenance, and the Bunny Studio team.
🔔 For this reason, your profile pricing might appear higher than your Rates!
We, at Bunny Studio, understand that the Rates of a Pro must be respected - and so, Bookings will pay you 100% of your set Rates.
Your Turnaround time is, essentially, how long it takes you to accept a Booking. For new accounts and accounts with less than five Bookings, the standard turnaround time is 3 days. For this to be calculated accurately, you will need to have worked on at least 5 Bookings over the last 365 days.
Samples and Featured Samples
As you continue going down the Profile page, you'll see that some Pros have a section called "Featured samples". This section will display any samples a Pro deems most interesting for a client to listen to!
This is entirely controlled by the Pro, via their Samples page. To add a Sample as featured, on the preferred sample widget, click on the three dots , and then select
.
Below this section, your Profile visitors can also check all other samples you have!
With filters and the ability to browse through more pages, clients can have a quick listen to all of your audios!
By clicking on "See more", they'll also be able to see any tags and other relevant information about that sample in particular.
