No. Submitting the exact same recording to multiple projects - even if the script appears identical - is not allowed.
In some cases, clients may submit several projects with the same or very similar scripts. This could be done intentionally to compare different styles from various Pros, or unintentionally due to duplicate requests.
Regardless of the reason, each project must receive its own unique deliverable.
๐ซ Why Duplicate Submissions Are Not Allowed
Even if the scripts are the same, the project ID, client expectations, and context may differ. Reusing a recording across separate projects can lead to:
-
Misaligned tone or style for specific client needs
-
Quality Control Rejections
-
Damage to the Client experience
-
Negative impact on your Stats
- Negative impact on your reputation with CX
If a duplicate is identified after submission, our Quality Control team will reject the deliverable.
๐ What Should I Do If I Spot Duplicate Projects?
If you believe youโve been invited to duplicate or identical projects, hereโs what you should do:
-
Do not start or submit the same file to both projects
-
Use the Request Help tool on the project page to inform our team
-
Alternatively, contact our CX team via chat or email with the project IDs
This allows us to:
-
Confirm whether the projects are intentional or accidental duplicates
-
Guide you on how to proceed
-
Ensure your Stats are not impacted for raising the concern responsibly
โ Stay on the Safe Side
Always treat each project as unique - because from a system and client perspective, it is. Delivering tailored work helps protect your Stats and ensures the best experience for the client.
