We want you to love your deliverable! If it isn't quite what you expected, here's what you can do.
Request a revision
Most issues can be fixed with a revision. Tell the Pro what you'd like changed, and they'll rework the deliverable to better match your brief. Revisions based on your original instructions are free.
You can request as many revisions as you need within the first 28 days after you receive your deliverable, and for 7 more days after you approve it. See How can I request a revision? for a step-by-step guide.
Reject the deliverable
If revisions still don't get you there, you can reject the deliverable. This is part of our 100% satisfaction guarantee. The Pro still gets paid for their work, so no worries on that front!
When you reject a deliverable, the amount you paid is credited back to your Bunny Studio balance, ready to use on your next project. If you'd prefer a refund to your original payment method, just contact us. Refunds can be requested up to 28 days after a project is completed. Learn more in How can I request a refund?
