For complex/long projects (which happen ~30% of the time), our dedicated team of Production Managers acts as a middleman between our clients and Pros, helping clients manage their projects and assisting you with any difficulties you may encounter while completing your projects!
They handle all the back-and-forth with our clients for such projects so that you can focus on what you do best: providing outstanding creative work!
In most cases, the entire project is handled automatically between the client and Bunny Pro through the platform.

We also have a team of Quality Control Agents who carefully screen the work you upload to ensure it matches the clientâs brief and the Quality Standards we guarantee to all our clients!
They are skilled professionals who are masters of the creative service they assess, and are always ready to assist if you have any questions or concerns about your own Quality, or if you are facing any issues!

How we work with Pros
Once you have an account with us, our algorithm takes care of the rest!
It automatically matches projects with the most suitable Bunny Pros based on key factors like your Stats, Rates, and Availabilityâmaking sure each opportunity finds the right talent at the right time!
Being part of Bunny Studio can definitely be rewarding, but itâs important to understand that the volume of work you receive depends on several dynamic factors â and, of course, how you position yourself within the platform!
To ensure youâll be invited to a fair number of projects, you must be competitive. This means that you should:

- đ Take care of your Stats
- đ° Choose Rates that are competitive â but fair
- â Avoid Rejections
- âł Deliver on time
- đŻ Avoid causing Revisions due to Performance or Quality issues
- âď¸ Upload great Samples â and donât forget to add tags
Standing out isnât about luck; itâs about consistency.
Our top-performing Pros tend to be responsive, maintain competitive Rates, deliver high-quality work (fewer Revisions and Rejections), and keep their Pro Profiles updated with strong, relevant Samples.
These elements help you rank well within our system and increase your chances of being invited to new projects.
Itâs also worth noting that our platform is built to protect your time and effort: we pay our Pros for all approved work, including auditions.
If your work is approved by our Quality Control team, this means youâve fulfilled the project request, and youâll be compensated even if the client changes their mind or cancels the project.

Code of conduct
Public Profiles and Conflicts of Interest
Your public Pro Profile works as your official showcase inside Bunny Studio. Itâs the place where clients discover your skills, review your samples, and decide to work with you â all within a secure, structured environment.
For this reason, your profile should not include links to external websites, social media profiles, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personal or professional contact information.
Redirecting clients outside the platform (to you directly or to an agent) creates a conflict of interest, since Bunny Studio and its Pros are both part of the service offered to clients.
Keeping everything on-platform helps protect your privacy, prevents unwanted or unsolicited contact, and ensures that all project steps â including communication, revisions, deadlines, and payments â are properly tracked and supported. Youâre always welcome to promote your Bunny Studio profile externally, but all collaboration must stay within the platform so we can provide a fair, safe, and transparent experience for everyone involved.
Passion and Quality
At Bunny Studio, we are passionate about our work â so we expect you to meet us halfway and deliver your best quality on every project, according to our Quality Control Standards, with your awesome setups and performances, while following all instructions in the projectâs details!
Responsiveness and Communication
Active communication is one of the most important values we uphold at Bunny Studio. As a Pro, staying in touch with us, whether itâs replying to our emails, reporting errors or blockers, or simply asking questions, helps keep the entire workflow running smoothly!
Our platform is built on trust and collaboration, and keeping the communication lines open allows us to better support you, advocate for you with clients, and step in quickly if thereâs an issue
Timely and clear communication not only boosts your reliability as a professional but also plays a big part in how we assign future projects. Weâll always do our best to find a solution for what you are experiencing, so long as you are responsive and communicative.
Weâre a team, and active communication is what makes teamwork work!
Communicate your Availability
Letting our clients know which Bunny Pros are available is key to our success. We expect you to let us know, with as much notice as possible, whenever youâll be away for any reason, such as vacations, illness, or travel.

Donât forget: being unresponsive may compromise your invitations, so make sure you are receiving our emails, and commit to any invitations you accept!
We hope itâs never the case, but if you decide to stop working with us, we expect you to let us know right away via email at support@bunnystudio.com so that we can close your account and take the appropriate actions to ensure no clients are left hanging.
Be Confidential
You should not contact our clients directly under any circumstances. This compromises our relationships with clients and with you as a Pro.
We take confidentiality and data protection seriously, which is why Pros must never contact clients directly under any circumstances. All information shared within a project is confidential, and any attempt to reach out to a client privately is considered a breach of data and of our agreement.
Our platform is designed to streamline every step of the process: communication, delivery, and feedback â so any concerns, changes, or negotiations should always go through our system or our Production Management team. If a client reaches out to you directly for any reason, please report it to us immediately.
Remember: all agreements and arrangements must take place on our platform. If a Pro violates this agreement, it may result not only in a permanent ban but also in legal action.
Building trust with our clients can take a long time, but it only takes a second to shatter it.

Mutual Respect

We expect the same level of respectful professionalism from our Bunny Pros in return. Even if we differ, we must communicate any frustrations or disagreements in a professional and respectful tone.
We have zero tolerance for any disrespect or discrimination.
Fair Play
Many talents from around the world, from diverse realities and contexts, are present on our platform, so fairness is paramount. When a project is created, many talents receive the invitation, and weâve designed this process to be based on a fast response from any talents who are available at the time and meet the project's criteria.
Using scripts, auto-clickers, bots, or any other tools that attempt to bypass platform features to gain an unfair advantage goes against the spirit of equal opportunity we work hard to maintain.
More importantly, it violates our agreement with you as a talent, and any such behavior will result in an immediate and permanent ban from our platform.
Authentic Human Talents
We deeply value the authenticity and uniqueness of Human Creativity. This is at the core of what makes Bunny Studio special.
All projects on our platform must be fulfilled using your real, human skills â this is what clients come here for, and itâs what our Quality Standards are built around.
Using AI-generated content to complete projects is strictly prohibited and considered a serious breach of our agreement. If detected, it will lead to the permanent removal of your account.
