Bookings are a crucial part of your journey as a Bunny Studio Pro and are our most common project type. That is when our clients use our search engine and directly select a Pro based on the samples the Pro has uploaded, their rates, and reviews.
How do I get Bookings?
Bookings are created by a client directly to a Pro, meaning it is a dedicated project. These Bookings can be created via the Project Form, via yoru Profile, and also, your Samples!
For a client to be able to view your Profile, you'll have to make sure to have at least 5 Accepted Samples in your account.

How do I enable Bookings?
You can make sure you are opted-in for Bookings via your Rates and Preferences page, but let's be careful: disabling Bookings also disabled Speedies and Contests.
This happens since we expect our Pros to Speedies and Contest the same way they would a Booking once they accept a project, and to the system, if a talent cannot work on a Booking, they likely are not reliable for other projects.
How do Bookings work?
Bookings are great because they allow you to earn more per project, since you get paid according to the exact Rates you’ve set in your profile settings. Let's have take a better look at how it works:

A Client selects you: Clients are able to browse hundreds of samples of Pros through our Search feature to find the best Pros for their projects. They can also re-book you based on your past work with them.

The client creates the Booking: Once the client has made their choice, they proceed to create a project directly in the platform via your Pro profile.

A notification is sent to you: You'll receive the invitation via email and SMS, and the project will also show up on your Dashboard. It's time to put your skills to work!

Accept or reject: You review the project's details before accepting to make sure that you are able to handle it. If it doesn't align with your expertise, or if there is anything you'd like to discuss regarding the script or specifications of the Project before accepting it, to avoid any setbacks, please contact our CX team via support@bunnystudio.com.

Uploading the deliverable: Once you accept the Booking, the clock starts ticking! Submit your top-notch deliverable within the given timeframe. This will count for your "turnaround time" stat, so keep an eye on it!

Quality assessment: Your deliverable heads to our team of Quality Control agents for review. They ensure the project matches the client's brief and our quality control standards. They will then provide you with feedback in case anything needs to be fine-tuned, which you will need to work on and re-submit. Alternatively, they may approve the project and send it to the client for revision.

The Client approves, or requests a Revision: An approved deliverable goes straight to the client. However, you'll receive a Revision request from the client if any fine-tuning is requested! Revisions can be requested while the project is active or within 7-35 days after it has been completed. After this, you are off the hook!

Client Feedback: Clients can provide a Rating about their experience with you up to 90 days after the project is completed. We value client satisfaction and know it looks good on your profile, so we always encourage them to share it with you!
Important things to keep in mind:
- Always pay attention to the deadline: Every project comes with its own deadline and delivery time. So make sure to check the time given on the acceptance page before confirming your commitment!

Be mindful of your availability if you opted in for Bookings: If you opt-in for Bookings (via your project preferences in your profile) and you're marked as available (not on Vacation), you'll have to accept every Booking you receive and deliver it on time, or else your Stats will be affected. However, if you're unavailable for whatever reason, you can set your vacation settings or opt-out from Bookings. This way we won't send you projects when you're unavailable.
- Be mindful of your availability for revisions: Before accepting a Booking, make sure you'll be available for up to 35 days after you submit the project to attend to any revision requests by the client or our QC team.
- Bookings are only available for Voice Over Pros.
