Our workflow
1. Projects are created
When a client submits a project, our system filters through our talent pool to determine which Pros can offer the combination of skills needed to fulfill it!
For Voice Over projects, for example, this means finding a Pro who can perform the right combination of age, gender, language, and/or accent.
Your Stats, Rates, and availability are all taken into consideration as well!
Only those who match the full set of requirements will be invited to participate.
2. You get an invitation
If your skills match the project’s requirements, and your Rates are consistent with the Reward the project is offering, the system will send you an invitation!
These can come in three forms:
⚡️ Speedies and Contests: Invitations arrive via email and are also visible on your Dashboard.
✨ Bookings: These are tailor-made for you, so you’ll receive an email, see it on your dashboard, and we’ll also send you an SMS to make sure you don’t miss it!
Make sure your Contact Information is up to date.

Each project will also come with specific instructions, a script, and a deadline for the deliverable—so be sure to review everything carefully before accepting it.
Once you are invited to a project, you’ll be able to access the offer, the script, and the instructions.
It’s crucial that you pay attention to these details before accepting, so you can be sure you can fulfill the project in a timely manner and that you have the necessary skills!
3. Accepting the project
Once you are ready to accept all terms and agree to the Deadline and Reward, all you have to do is check the box labeled “I agree to the terms listed above” and click Accept work!
4. Submit your work on time
Every project has a delivery deadline. Timeliness is key—not just for keeping your Stats healthy, but also for helping us deliver on our promise to clients.
🔔 If you need more time or encounter an issue, you are expected to use the Request Help feature before the deadline expires.
As soon as you accept the project, you’ll be taken to the Upload Deliverable page.
You’ll have a clear view of the deadline for uploading your recording.
5. Quality Control review
Once you submit your deliverable, it is reviewed by our Quality Control (QC) team. They review it to ensure it meets both Bunny Studio’s internal quality standards and the client’s expectations.
This process may have two outcomes:
✅ The deliverable gets approved, so the client can Accept or Request Revisions.
or,
❌ Our QC Agents request a Revision if it does not meet the requirements.
Depending on the degree of mistakes or misalignment with the instructions, the deliverable may be rejected right away. This will hurt your Stats, so be careful!
If the deliverable or file needs corrections, you will receive a Revision request via email and via SMS.
The revision will include all comments from our Quality Control agents, so you can be sure of what to improve. Of course, we’re also available to address any issues or inconsistencies you may need help with.
6. Client review and revisions (if applicable)
In some cases, clients may request a Revision, even after your deliverable was accepted by QC. Adjustments are a part of refining the final result, so it’s important that you’re responsive and attentive! We keep track of how quickly and reliably you handle revisions, and that impacts your Stats too.
All Revisions will include a reason and additional instructions to better guide the adjustments.
⚠️ If the error was caused on your end - such as mispronunciation, incorrect intonation, or performance - we expect you to comply and redo your work.
💲 However, if you did everything right but the client requests a Revision with a script or instructions that differ from the original, you are entitled to compensation.
Don’t hesitate to reach out to our team to clarify these situations via the Request Help feature as soon as you pinpoint them.
7. Rewards and payments
Once your work has been approved by our QC team, your reward is locked in!
This means that, if our Quality Control agents assess that you’ve done everything right, you’ll be paid, regardless of the client’s decision.
Rewards are credited 30 days after your deliverable is approved by our Quality Control agents. We do this to ensure everything runs smoothly on the client’s side before releasing funds.
Read our article for more information on Rewards: When will I get paid?
Important:
You may opt in to participate in Live Sessions. This happens when our clients want to clearly explain their project requirements and guide you.
You can also opt in for Custom Samples, which are requested by certain clients who want to ensure that you can truly meet the requirements for the project they have.
Project types
🚀 Speedies
These are fast-paced, first-come, first-served projects.
- When a Speedy is created, multiple Pros who meet the requirements receive invitations simultaneously.
- The first Pro to accept it claims the project—so be quick if you’re interested!
- You’ll see Speedies on your dashboard and receive an email notification as soon as they’re available.
- Once accepted, you’ll need to deliver the project within the set deadline.
Speedies are ideal if you’re ready to jump in and work immediately.

🏆 Contests
These offer you the chance to showcase your creativity and win the project.
• Several invited Pros can submit their version of the audition script.
• The client listens to all submissions and selects the one they like best.
• Only the winning submission gets approved, but all submitted work is reviewed and compensated by Bunny Studio (as long as it meets our quality standards).
• Like Speedies, you’ll get these invitations via email and see them on your dashboard.
Contests are great opportunities to take creative risks and impress clients with your style.

⭐️ Bookings
These are exclusive, direct invitations created just for you.
• The client specifically chose you based on your Profile, Samples, and Rates!
• You’ll receive a Booking notification by email, on your dashboard, and via SMS.
• You can choose to accept or reject a Booking, but since the client is waiting on your availability, rejecting a Booking can impact your invitation flow moving forward.
• These usually come with detailed instructions and may be more flexible or high-stakes compared to other project types.
Bookings are a sign that clients trust your work—they’re tailored, and they often open the door for ongoing collaboration.

Revisions
Revisions are requests for changes and adjustments to your submitted deliverables. These can come from either our Quality Control (QC) team or the Client.
All Revisions are communicated via our system and are part of the workflow to ensure top-quality results for every project.
Understanding why a Revision was requested is key—not only to improve your performance, but also to know whether you’re entitled to compensation for the extra work!
🔔 Important: Excessive Revision requests will affect your Stats, so while they are inevitable, the fewer, the better!
Some Revisions will grant you an extra reward, since they require you to re-record the entire part, script, or take. However, not all of them guarantee an extra reward.
Avoiding unnecessary revisions
To ensure a smooth experience, always read the remarks carefully, double-check your submission, and communicate if anything is unclear before recording.
The fewer revisions you have, the more consistency and professionalism it shows—and that’s what leads to more invitations and long-term success on the platform!
Compensated revisions
When a Revision is requested because the client needs you to perform something different from the original scope.
In the following cases, you will be compensated for the extra work:
➕ The client adds a new section to the script or deliverable after you’ve already submitted your work.
📝 The client decides to make changes to the tone, pacing, or direction after the initial brief.
🔄 The client updates their remarks, asking for a different delivery style or emphasis that wasn’t originally requested.
Free revisions
These situations mean the revision was caused by the Pro, and the additional work is considered part of meeting the original project expectations:
😬 The deliverable doesn’t follow the original remarks or script instructions accurately.
🗣️ The overall tone or performance doesn’t match what was clearly requested.
🎧 The audio quality or delivery fails to meet Bunny Studio’s QC standards.
⚠️ The submitted work doesn’t align with the project brief, contains errors, or is missing content.
Quality Control
We take great pride in the quality of the work we give to our clients, and that is one of the main reasons they come back to us.
Every deliverable must meet our Quality Control guidelines.
These standards ensure consistency, clarity, and top-tier results—so clients keep coming back, and your best work always shines through.
Our Quality Control Standards are crafted with the utmost care and regularly updated to reflect the evolving needs of our platform. They’re shaped by the combined expertise of our highly skilled Quality Control agents, along with long-term feedback from our Clients.
Make sure to review the standards to ensure your submissions consistently meet our expectations here.

Live Sessions
Live Sessions let you connect directly with our team and a client or representative through a scheduled call, so you can record in real time while they give feedback and direction.
It’s a great way to ensure the final take is exactly what they need!
How Live Sessions work
Live Sessions are requested exclusively by clients and involve a Pro and a client meeting virtually via Zoom or a similar service to work together on a script. During the session, the Pro records as directed by the client, ensuring the desired tone, style, and intonation. This dynamic approach allows instant adjustments and revisions to achieve the best possible result!
Our PM team plays a crucial role in orchestrating Live Sessions to ensure smooth, effective collaboration. Here’s how the process unfolds:
🎯 Pro Selection and Scheduling: The PM team contacts the Pro based on skills and availability. Once the Pro accepts it, the team coordinates with the client and Pro to schedule a convenient date and time.
🤝 Guidance and Assistance: The PM team provides guidance to the Pro on preparing for the live session, including sharing the script so they can become familiar with it beforehand.
⚖️ Session Moderation: A QC agent moderates the session to ensure the quality and communication stay focused on the project’s objectives and any technical issues are resolved.
⏰ Timeliness: Punctuality is essential for a productive and efficient result! All Live Sessions are timed, and the client will be present at the scheduled time.
Key responsibilities for participating in Live Sessions
- Ensure a high-quality recording environment with minimal background noise and a good microphone setup.
- Maintain a stable, clear internet connection to ensure smooth communication during the session.
- Be open to client feedback and ready to make adjustments as directed.
- Familiarize yourself with the provided script beforehand to ensure fluency during the session.
- You will need to record live with the client and get directions. This often means having several takes and tries.
- You should not discuss any personal contact information or Rates in the live session. All negotiations are conducted only with our team and in accordance with our policies.
- Honor your agreement: Rewards are set per hour for Live Sessions, and not per take or broadcast type/region.

Custom Samples
Custom Samples are short, 15–20 second recordings tailored to a specific script for a client interested in your voice.
Think of it as a quick (and paid) audition!
Sometimes, a client is especially interested in your voice and wants to hear how you’d sound reading their script before kicking off a full project. That’s where Custom Samples come in!
If you’ve marked yourself as available to provide Custom Samples in your Pro Profile, our team might reach out to you via email with a short, 15–20 second script from a client.
How custom samples work
🎙️ You’ll be reading something directly related to what the client has in mind, like a fragment of the script, for example.
💵 You’ll receive USD 10 just for submitting a qualifying sample—no matter if the client decides to move forward with you or not!
✨ Custom Samples often lead to full Bookings or long-term work with the client. Reliability is a huge factor, so make sure to be available and responsive!
It’s a mini-audition with real potential. If you’re open to recording quick, custom lines and giving clients a taste of your delivery, make sure to enable this feature on your profile.
