Your Profile
Your Pro Profile isn’t just a page—it’s your professional portfolio with Bunny Studio.
It showcases your voice, style, and strengths, and it’s essential for Clients and our Production Management (PM) team to identify if you're the right fit for their projects!
Having a complete and appealing profile, with a nice picture, a well-written bio, and high-quality samples, can increase your chances of receiving more Bookings.
Clients often look for talent that feels approachable, professional, and aligned with their project’s needs, and these elements help convey both your personality and skills. A polished profile not only builds trust but also makes you stand out when clients are choosing who to work with!
Important: Pro Profiles are meant to showcase your work within Bunny Studio only.
For this reason, it isn’t possible to include external links, social media profiles, emails, phone numbers, or other contact details.
Redirecting clients outside the platform creates a conflict of interest, as both you and Bunny Studio are part of the service offered to clients. Keeping all communication and work on-platform protects your privacy and ensures projects are handled safely, transparently, and with full support.
How to have a Pro profile
🌟 Be approved as a Pro
If you’re here, it likely means you're already an approved Pro!
However, if you’ve been approved in our application process but don’t have an account with us yet, or you created an account afterward, please email support@bunnystudio.com so we can send you the next steps.
📍 Enable Bookings
You can do so here: Rates and Preferences
🎧 Have at least 5 approved samples
You can upload them here: Your Samples
🚨 Important: skills will only be displayed on your profile once there are related samples to showcase. For example, if you're approved for two languages but only have samples in one, that is the only language that will be displayed on your profile.
The importance of Pro profiles
Clients use your profile to decide whether you’re the right fit for their projects.
Our team also relies on it to provide effective, customized support for each Pro and to ensure everyone receives projects that match their Skills and Availability!
In your Profile, you can showcase your:
🐇 Name and bio
✨ Profile picture
🎭 Skills (age ranges, languages/accents, genders)
🎧 Samples and voice styles
💵 Pricing and turnaround times
⭐️ Ratings and client reviews
🏖️ Availability status (set through Vacation settings)
You can find how to edit all of it here:
Keep in mind
- Availability is key: If you’re unavailable, set your profile to “Away” using your Vacation settings. Failure to do so may lead to missed projects and, over time, fewer invitations—hurting your standing with both our clients and us.
- Sharing personal data is never allowed: Do not include emails, websites, phone numbers, or any external links in your profile or samples. This is a serious breach of our terms.
- Accurate Skills only: Your Profile displays the skills you’ve been approved for—like languages, age ranges, and accents. Make sure your skills are up to date and represent what you can perform naturally and fluently, to ensure a great experience for our Clients.
All of this is explained in more detail right here: How do Pro Profiles work?
Remember—clients love clear, up-to-date profiles.
Keep yours polished to attract more work!
Rates and Preferences
Your preferences and settings are crucial to how you show up in the platform and how you’re matched with project opportunities!
Keeping this information up to date helps ensure you receive invitations that are relevant, properly rewarded, and manageable within your availability.
How to update Rates and Preferences
You are free to update your Rates and Preferences anytime! Just keep in mind that projects will not update their Rewards if you change your Rates after receiving the invitation or after accepting the project.
Here’s how you can update your Rates to ensure the best Rewards for you:
- Make sure you are logged into your Bunny Studio account
- Visit your “Rates and Project Preferences” section in the top drop-down list in the right corner, or click on the Preferences widget
- Make sure you have selected the correct service that you’d like to change the Rates of (in case you are approved for more than one, like Voice and Audiobook)
- Modify your rates and preferences according to what you think would be a fair and competitive compensation
- Make sure that Bookings are enabled, or you will not be eligible to receive other project types, and your Pro Profile will not be available
- To increase your chances of being invited to more projects, you can also opt to receive Speedies that pay particular percentages of your current Rates
Stats
Stats are what our system uses to track your performance on every project you have participated in on our platform.
Building healthy stats in our platform is one of the most crucial ways to make our algorithm favor you and invite you to more projects in the future.
Your Stats help paint a picture of your performance over the past 365 days, and they’re a key part of how we match you with more projects.
They reflect how reliable and consistent you are, based on a few measurable points!
Generally speaking, our algorithm favors Pros with the best quality and speed, but there is more to it, which we will explain in detail here.
Stats are calculated according to
- How often do your deliverables have revisions requested by our QC team
- How long does it take you to submit a project after accepting it
- How long does it take you to accept a Booking
- Whether any deliverables are rejected by QC or Clients
- If any projects were left to expire after you accepted them
- The number of projects you’ve submitted
- How many of your deliverables were approved
Good to know: Ignoring a Booking will hurt your Stats, but choosing not to accept a Speedy or Contest invitation is harmless. You’re only evaluated after you accept them!
What negatively impacts stats
- Missing a deadline after accepting a project
- Having your work rejected or sent back for revision by QC or the client
- Letting a project expire after accepting it
- Ignoring or missing revision requests
Tips to maintain great stats
💪 Only accept projects you’re confident in—where your voice, skills, and availability match perfectly.
⏱️ Submit on time—or even early! The faster you deliver high-quality work, the more likely you are to be favored by our system.
🎯 Always follow the project brief and client remarks closely.
✅ Make sure your deliverables meet our Quality Control standards.
📧 Respond to revision requests promptly and within the deadline provided.
❓ Not sure about something?
Use the “Request Help” feature, or contact us at support@bunnystudio.com. We’re here to support you!
The more consistent you are with these habits, the better your stats—and the more chances you’ll have to shine with exciting new projects.
Rates
At Bunny Studio, we love working with Pros who strike a great balance between pricing, speed, quality, and reliability.
Your Rates play an important role in that—and they should reflect your experience, skill, and the level of quality you consistently deliver.
About Rates
We want you to set Rates that feel fair and sustainable to you. Since we work with Pros all over the world, what feels fair can vary by location, so we refrain from telling our Pros exactly what they should charge. Instead, we encourage you to find Rates that make sense for you and help you land projects confidently.
💡 Pro tip: Many of our most active Pros offer lower Rates on Bunny Studio than they would for a one-time private client.
Why? Because they may receive invitations before other Pros due to their competitive pricing, and long-term value adds up!
We suggest that you explore what other Pros with similar Skills and Languages are charging. Just use our search tool to check current public Profiles!
Keep in mind: estimated pricing in Profiles includes our platform margin, so your take-home will be what you set in your Rates.

Project invitations
Over time, our algorithm learns about you and starts favoring you and sending you more project invites based on your performance.
Getting started on Bunny Studio can take a bit of patience, but with the right strategy and consistency, you can boost your visibility and land more invitations.
Increasing your chances of receiving invitations
When it comes to receiving more project invitations—especially for Speedies and Contests—two things make the biggest difference: your Stats and your Rates.
Pros with strong Stats (fast Response Times, high-quality submissions, fewer Rejections and Revisions) are prioritized by our system and seen as reliable matches for fast-turnaround projects. Likewise, competitive Rates help increase your chances of being selected when a project comes through.
Participating in Speedies and Contests is also a great way to get noticed! Many clients return to work directly with Pros they enjoyed collaborating with.
For Bookings, your Pro Profile becomes the main deciding factor. That’s why it’s essential to keep it updated with your best Samples, competitive Rates, and of course, your current Availability. Your profile acts like a portfolio—make it count!
﹩ Keep your Rates competitive
In the beginning, many of our most successful Pros started with lower rates to build momentum and improve their stats. Once your performance improves and you gain more experience with our platform, you can adjust your rates accordingly. Think of it as an investment in your long-term success.
🐇 Keep your profile up to date
Your Pro profile is like your portfolio—it should show your best work. We recommend uploading at least 10 high-quality samples for each skill you’re approved for. This not only showcases your range but also helps the algorithm match you with the right projects. Just make sure each sample is uploaded to the most relevant skill!
🚀 Be responsible and proactive
Our system favors Pros who are quick to accept and complete projects. The faster you respond to invites and submit high-quality work, the more visible you’ll become in the system. It’s normal for things to start out slow, but staying on top of your email, dashboard, and invitations can make a big difference.
Consistency, Speed, and Quality are key.
Stick with it—and projects will start rolling in!
Samples
Your Samples are your calling card!
They show clients what you can do, help you appear in search results, and play a key role in how often you get invited to projects.
Make sure they showcase your current setup, audio quality, and skills, and add tags so clients can find them more easily!
Sample specs
Before uploading a Sample, it’s important to know that our system will only accept files that match the following specs:
- Format: WAV
- Channel: Mono
- Sample Rate: 44.1 kHz
- Bit Depth: 16-bit
- Length: Max 30 seconds
- Normalized to: -3 dB Peak
- Clean audio only: no distortion, room echo, or over-processing (this criterion will be evaluated by our QC team, who is responsible for reviewing samples before they can be displayed on Pros' profiles)
If you get any errors when uploading your Sample, try using this free and easy-to-use online converter. It’s fast and simple!
